  • Allergens
    Colombo Street handles all 14 allergens prescribed in government guidelines. We have strict food safety measures & procedures in place and take great care when preparing orders for our customers. However, because of our production and packing methods, Colombo Street boxes may contain low levels of allergens. If you’re looking for allergen information before choosing a box, click on the box you're interested in on the website and you’ll see allergen ingredients next to the exclamation mark under the list of dishes. If you have any concerns about an allergy, please contact us at regarding the menu you are interested in for further information.
  • Order confirmation
    Once your order is confirmed and the payment has been taken, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox. If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please reach out to us at and we will resend the order confirmation.
  • Cancel an order
    We know life can get in the way, whether your plans change or you no longer wish to receive your Colombo Street box, we'll do our best to accommodate you. To cancel a box, you must email with your order number 48 hours before your box is due to arrive. We'll be unable to cancel any boxes afterwards. Once we've received your request, we will cancel your box and process a refund. Your refund will show on your statement in 5-7 working days. In the event where you've used a gift card to purchase the original order, the refund will return to the gift card for you to use against your next purchase.
  • Change Delivery Date or address
    In order to change the delivery date of your order, please send us an email with your order number with your order number 48 hours before the your box is due to arrive. We'll be unable to change the delivery date afterwards If you have any further questions on this, please email us at Our Support team are available Monday - Saturday, 9:30am - 6:30pm. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
  • Ready to eat meal deliveries
    All our ready to eat packs are cooked freshly and chilled to simply heat and eat at home. The packages are dispatched for next day delivery via DPD. All tracking details should be included in your despatch email, which you should receive prior to delivery. If for any reason your kit has not arrived or is delayed please email us Please note that delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery fails on the selected day, please note delivery will not be attempted the next day. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be at the address to accept the delivery when being made.
  • Feedback

  • Packaging
    All the food prepared by our chefs are vacuum-packed to ensure freshness. Kits are packed with ice packs, and while these may defrost slightly during transit, they would have kept things cool.
  • Heating
    Our food comes with easy reheat instructions either on a stove or a microwave. Each box/dish will be slightly different heating/cooking instructions.   • Use by
    Please refrigerate the food as per the instructions on packaging and use by best before date. Once opened, consume within 24h.
